The Organic mini Sourdough Loaf is ½ the size of The Original Sourdough Loaf. It’s nuttier, a bit sweeter, and soft as can be. Made from three ingredients: Barton Springs Mill Flour, filtered water, and sea salt. This authentic handmade loaf will last you around a week on the counter (5-7 days) or a month in the freezer. This is the ideal companion for your favorite soups, sandwiches, or just a simple smear of butter.
